What You’ll Do
ParkMobile is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Point of Sale Specialist to manage and facilitate the process of placing, tracking, and ensuring the timely completion of signage and decal orders. This role will serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure that ParkMobile signage is accurately ordered, installed, and maintained. The Point of Sale Specialist will troubleshoot issues, follow up on project progress, and help drive visibility for ParkMobile through effective signage placement.
Optimize exposure efforts by analyzing available data and providing exposure insights and recommendations to the account team.
Act as the primary contact for clients regarding signage needs, including advising on the best signage solutions, submitting orders on their behalf, and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the process.
Coordinate the submission of signage orders by working closely with clients and internal teams. Ensure orders meet specifications and are submitted accurately and promptly.
Monitor the status of signage orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure completion of installations.
Investigate and resolve issues related to signage orders, including incorrect installations, missing signage, or delayed completions.
Maintain detailed records of all signage orders, installations, and related issues. Provide regular reports to internal teams on project status, order completion rates, and any recurring challenges.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, operations, project coordination, or account management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Experience with technology and passion for innovation (preferred).
