What You’ll Do

ParkMobile is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, validating, and documenting our parking zone and rate structures to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms. The Quality Improvement Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate pricing and rate structures, identifying potential discrepancies, and making recommendations for continuous improvement to our rate configuration processes.

• Work closely with the Account Management and Client Services teams to understand pricing models and rate structures

• Monitor and review zone and rate configurations to ensure accurate implementation on our platform and document test cases

• Maintain proactive communication with ParkMobile clients as needed

• Review completed tickets / change requests for accuracy and score completed tickets using an established QA rubric

• Work closely with the Client Services leadership team to identify areas of need for additional team training

• Troubleshoot rate-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them

• Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports and insights for continuous improvement

• Develop and document procedures and guidelines for zone and rate structure management

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least two years of professional work experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools

• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

• Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver who is committed to accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage your own work day effectively

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
