Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Strategy Manager to join the growing ParkMobile sales operations team on our mission to make cities more livable. The Sales Strategy Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive key initiatives for the B2G and B2P groups. They are responsible for helping drive enhanced market position for ParkMobile and its products.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets, productivity and market growth.
- Create Go-To-Market design in B2G and B2P markets and customer lifecycle
- Work with Account Management to develop high impact plans to drive account revenue growth through operations recommendations and insights
- Create strategy development to improve account segmentation, workflows, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Work closely with new GTM products to coordinate customer priority lists based on need and fit.
- Work with Compensation Manager to create targeted incentive plans to drive company growth goals.
- Review market trends and competitive landscape to help inform sales initiatives.
- Work closely with the market strategy team to ensure advancement to common company goals
- Conduct regular assessments of sales processes and recommend enhancements
- Identify new market opp and develop strategies for penetration and expansion
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to sales and operation leadership based on data-driven insights.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree with a business focus.
- Analytical skill set - Detailed data modeling, SQL, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience.
- 5-7 years in a Sales Strategy Manager role or similar role
- Excellent Google Slides and PowerPoint experience
- Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pays close attention to detail.
- A team player able to work effectively with a range of personalities across different departments.
- Multi-tasker with excellent project management skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
