Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a Regional Director of Account Management to join us on our mission to make cities more livable. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Account Managers in the west USA as they help ParkMobile’s municipal and university clients optimize their use of innovative technology solutions to advance their mobility ecosystems. The Regional Director of Account Management will drive client retention and revenue growth by developing and executing regional account strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support a small team of direct reports in the region
Train, grow, and develop other Account Managers
Manage a book of key accounts in the region, assist Account managers to create account plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal and external stakeholders
Develop and execute account strategies that align with ParkMobile’s overall
business objectives
Work cross-functionally with other departments as a business leader within the organization
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats to the company's growth
Responsible for client satisfaction, revenue and transaction growth, with a focus on profitability improvements aligned with ParkMobile’s objectives.
Who You Are:
At least five years of communications, public relations, or client management experience
Lives near or around and is familiar with the assigned region
Bachelor’s degree: business, communications, or marketing degrees preferred
Excel in relationship management
Strong leader and problem-solver
Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Comfortable building presentations and delivering to high-level contacts
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
Experience with technology and passion for innovation (preferred)
Ability to travel (5-10%)
