Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Technology Manager to join the growing ParkMobile sales operations team on our mission to make cities more livable. This position will work closely with regional technology teams, sales operations, IT, and other key departments that require access to the sales tech stack. The Senior Sales Technology Manager will oversee the sales technology ecosystem to ensure alignment for sales strategy and drive sales productivity.
What You'll Do:
- Technology Management - evaluate, implement, and maintain the Sales technology tools.
- Strategy development - collaborate with sales leadership to define technology needs and develop strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap that unifies sales technologies across sales teams and regions.
- Oversee and report on key system progress and KPIs as we work towards unifying sales platforms.
- Data Management - oversee data integrity across multiple sales systems to accurate reporting and analytics.
- Increase the use of automation to ensure sources of truth are referenced between systems.
- Develop systems that provide data for all key stakeholders to drive the company's strategic strategies.
- Create feedback loops to continually improve and update technology configurations and integrity.
- Work with Learning and Development to ensure training and supporting documentation is accessible for all users and stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree with a Business or IT Focus
- 8-10 years managing sales technology, technology management or related role
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and other GTM software solutions
- Experience in system integrations and new software rollout
- Experience in system migrations
- Certified Salesforce Administrator is a plus
- Excellent Google Slides and PowerPoint experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pays close attention to detail.
- A team player able to work effectively with a range of personalities across different departments.
- Multi-tasker with excellent project management skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
