What You’ll Do
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Partner to act as a key point of contact for clients experiencing reconciliation issues and other financial concerns. This role will bridge the gap between the Finance team and the Account Management team, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective support for invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and related inquiries.
Partner with the Account Management team to address client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. Analyze discrepancies and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive records of client issues, resolutions, and communications. Prepare regular reports on reconciliation and invoicing issues for management review.
Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the Finance and Account Management teams to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Provide ad how financial reporting to clients as needed
Manage A/R aging process and work directly with clients on collections
Perform voice verification for ACH set up as needed
Provide guidance and training to clients on invoicing and payment processes, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to manage their accounts effectively.
Facilitate communication between Finance, Account Management, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client financial inquiries and issues.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or client support roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and accounts receivable management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude
Experience with technology and passion for innovation (preferred)
