Job Overview:
ParkMobile is looking for an innovative and experienced leader for our Client Support team, which is responsible for front line service and backend zone and rate configurations for our municipal, university and private operator clients. As the Director of Client Services, you will be a key member of the Account Management leadership team, helping to drive account retention and growth through operational excellence and superior client experience.
What You'll Do:
Define and execute strategy for the Client Support function, aligning with ParkMobile’s global business goals
Optimize Client Support systems, tools and processes with a focus on continuous improvement
Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture
Oversee performance management, KPIs, quality control, and cost efficiency
Act as a senior point of cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, account management, finance and implementation teams
Who You Are:
Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to formulate and execute strategies for both client and partner support in a technology-driven or service-oriented business.
Collaboration & Change Management: Experience working with and managing client support or client success teams, including familiarity with cross-regional service improvement and process unification. Experience in global teams is preferred.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using metrics to drive operational improvements and scalability.
Operational Excellence: Knowledge of quality control, KPI monitoring, and experience improving operational management systems and processes.
People Leadership & Mentorship: Skilled in coaching and mentoring leaders and teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and team member development.
Technical & Process Improvement Skills: Experience with support tools (e.g., Zendesk) and a basic understanding of SQL or similar data tools is advantageous.
Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cost-efficient operations.
Effective Communication & Problem Solving: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong solution orientation.
