Position Overview:
The Payments Director in Partnership Management will play a key role in shaping and optimizing EasyPark’s payments ecosystem, and collaboratively ensuring payments cost efficiency, performance enhancement, and strategic partnerships. This leader will oversee relationships with crucial payments partners—including gateways, card brands, processors, local payment providers, card issuers and other fintechs —to ensure seamless operations and maximize the value of partnerships through favorable negotiations and revenue-sharing opportunities. This role is essential in aligning payments strategy with EasyPark’s broader business objectives across global markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partnership strategies that optimize payments cost, support expansion of supported methods of payments, and introduce new capabilities or distribution channels for EasyPark mobility products
Manage key partnerships and negotiate contracts and revenue-sharing agreements
Develop and implement cost-optimization strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance pricing efficiency and reduce operational expenses
Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting and budgeting
Build and lead a high-performing team to drive division goals
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, including emerging payment providers and technologies, that can enhance EasyPark’s payment offerings and customer experience
Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, analyzing KPIs and SLA compliance to ensure that partnerships meet operational and strategic expectations.
Act as a point of escalation for complex issues/incidents with ecosystem partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts for effective resolution
Establish strong relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations; articulate Easy Park’s value proposition, gain an understanding of partner goals and craft mutually beneficial strategies
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
7+ years in payments, fintech, or related fields, with leadership experience
Expertise in partnership management, negotiations, and operational strategy
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Global experience is a plus
Ability to travel across Europe and US
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
engage stakeholders at all levels
