Position Overview: The B2C Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of EasyPark’s B2C payment solution, ensuring it meets customer needs, complies with regulations, and integrates seamlessly within the broader payment ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and internal and external stakeholders to research, define, plan, prioritize, and execute product enhancements and features. With responsibilities spanning front-end and back-end projects, partner integrations, and performance management across business units, the Product Manager will focus on delivering a secure, user-friendly experience while driving strategic growth and continuous improvement
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive the evolution of our payment processing platform and checkout experiences, emphasizing convenience, efficiency, flexibility, and security
Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities informed by data, stakeholder input, market research, competitive analysis, and your expertise
Enable effective payment methods tailored to specific markets, streamline backend payment flows across ecosystem partners, and ensure certification of payment flows
Work closely with external partners, including payment gateways and processors, to ensure smooth operations
Drive the integration of the B2C solution across EasyPark’s platforms, working with BU teams to ensure seamless implementation
Act as the Agile Product Owner, working as part of an empowered product team alongside design and engineering resources to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap
Monitor product performance by partnering with Product Analysts to establish KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks, ensuring cost-efficiency, user satisfaction, and the effective assessment of new features and improvements
Provide Level 2 support for payment-related incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact on operations
Ensure the B2C solution is compliant with relevant regulations, security standards, and fraud prevention measures
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in payments and / or product management, with a strong focus on digital payment solutions such as real-time payments, mobile wallets, or alternative payment methods
- At least 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in an agile software development environment
- Hands-on experience with digital payment technologies, such as real-time payments or mobile wallets
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., MixPanel, Looker) and ability to leverage data for optimizing payment flows and customer experiences
- Experience conducting A/B testing, customer interviews, surveys, and other user research to assess product-market fit and evaluate product opportunities
- Experience leading the development of and leveraging APIs for internal and external customers
- Proven ability to lead teams by articulating a clear product vision, defining use cases, and refining requirements to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
