Overview of the role: We are seeking a Web Content Manager to join our team. This team member will be responsible for overseeing the content strategy and management of our website, ensuring an exceptional user experience and alignment with our brand's mission. This position requires a keen eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. The Web Content Manager will join the EasyPark Group web team and collaborate with digital marketing, product, and UX design to create engaging, consistent, and optimized content. What you'll do: Content Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the website, ensuring it aligns with business goals and enhances the user experience. Content Management - Oversee the day-to-day management of web content, including creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms. Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create compelling, optimized web content that supports product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement. SEO Optimization - Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, working with the digital marketing team to improve rankings and visibility. Content Analytics - Monitor and analyze web content performance, using insights to improve engagement, drive traffic, and enhance user experience. Content Governance - Establish and enforce guidelines for content creation, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all web properties. Innovation - Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the website remains modern, accessible, and user-friendly.
Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related roles. Strong knowledge of web content management systems (CMS), HTML, and SEO best practices. Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how they relate to content delivery Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling content. A creative thinker who can balance business objectives with user needs Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality content
