Position Overview
ParkMobile is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and successful Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team! This is a critical and influential role within our newly established Revenue Operations function. As part of a growing team of Operations specialists, you’ll work across the US EasyPark B2B business, driving strategic initiatives that span multiple departments. This position offers significant opportunities to make a tangible business impact while fostering personal growth and development on a global scale.
Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, provide tailored content, and ensure essential resources are available to support sales success.
Process Optimization: Streamline and automate sales processes to eliminate inefficiencies and contribute to team-wide improvements.
Data and Analytics: Utilize data to perform insightful analyses, build actionable dashboards, and support strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level.
Goal Setting and Performance Management: Partner with sales leaders to set realistic goals, track performance, and support sales reps in reaching performance targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to promote alignment and shared goals.
System Implementation & Recommendations: Identify opportunities for system improvements and new technology adoption. Take a proactive role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing CRM tools and other data systems to align with strategic goals, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity.

Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Strategy, Finance, Analytics, or Consulting with a proven track record in cross-functional initiatives.
Industry Know-How: B2B SaaS experience and the ability to collaborate across revenue and technical teams.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in BI reporting (preferably Looker), SQL, and a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making and systems thinking.
Sales Enablement Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools (Apollo, Sugar, or HubSpot preferred), and a curiosity for exploring emerging technologies like AI to enhance workflows and drive efficiency.
