As a Head of Engineering you will drive technical excellence within the Corporation’s Experience area. We believe in lean and agile principles, where teams feel and exercise ownership and responsibility to navigate towards certain goals and missions.
This is a senior leadership role within our Engineering function where you will oversee the technology objectives, strategy, goals and roadmap, in collaboration with others and focus on technology both as a business enabler and driver. Together with your Product counterpart you will share objectives, strategy and goals to drive innovation, create amazing experiences for Corporate customers and advance EasyPark on a mission to make cities more liveable.

Collaborate with Product and Design Leads to define strategies for Experience teams.
Build and nurture a strong team of engineering managers and senior contributors.
Set and communicate strategies for technical investments and system improvements.
Drive technical excellence and build future-ready technical capabilities.
Work with P&T leaders to foster a diverse and inclusive organization.
Own growth strategy and budget, identifying future skills and roles (e.g., acquisitions).
Lead complex, cross-team, high-priority projects.
Ensure teams meet key requirements: security, compliance, scalability, stability, and availability.
Enhance team planning, resolve dependencies, and support collaboration.
Promote an agile, sustainable product development culture.

Key Qualifications:
Proven Leadership & Coaching: Extensive experience leading other leaders and large engineering organizations across multiple platforms and locations. Skilled in coaching teams, driving teamwork, and promoting an open, collaborative environment. Able to guide teams with resilience and adaptability.
Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Expertise in partnering with Product and Design teams to balance value creation and technical health, ensuring long-term customer value.
SaaS & B2B Expertise: Background in SaaS, with skills in scaling infrastructure, improving customer retention, and delivering solutions for complex B2B needs.
Regional Presence: Teams are based in Sweden, Estonia, and Poland, so a presence at the EU P&T site is preferred. Experience in managing distributed teams, consolidating platforms, and handling large budgets is essential.
Agile Development & Continuous Improvement: Strong advocate for agile methodologies, DevSecOps best practices, and continuous improvement. Skilled in managing and optimizing software development flow.
Data-Driven & User-Centric: Proficient in data-driven, user-centric product and software development. Able to make informed decisions that drive product development and innovation.
Outsourcing Management: Experienced in the governance and management of outsourcing relationships at tactical and operational levels.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in leadership or as a team member in agile product development, with a focus on action and results.
Overall, you are someone who empowers product development, drives cross-team collaboration, and fosters an environment of open, constructive communication. Your approach balances strategic goals with day-to-day operational efficiency, ensuring the long-term success of the organization.
This role is based in one of our hubs Stockholm/ Sweden or Atlanta, US. Fluency in English is required for this position, Swedish is not needed
