Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join growing ParkMobile sales team on our mission to make cities more livable. This position will work closely with sales management and the sales team.
The Sales Development Representative will manage the inbound lead process, evaluate leads, and run targets outbound campaigns.
What You'll Do: Prospecting: Using sales efforts like cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, or email to generate new leads Qualifying: Deciding which inbound leads are worth moving through the sales funnel and routing to the correct rep. Building relationships: Using strategic communication, market research, and customer engagement techniques to nurture prospects until they are ready for further engagement with account executives Managing leads: Creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline Scheduling meetings: Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team and a warm intro Assisting campaigns: Assisting marketing-driven campaigns and trade shows with lead follow up and performance metrics.
Reporting: Reporting and providing analysis on lead performance Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree with a business focus.
1-3 years of experience as a SDR or BDR
Excellent Google Slides and PowerPoint experience
Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Pays close attention to detail.
A team player able to work effectively with a range of personalities across different departments.
Multi-tasker with excellent project management skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. We know there’s no such thing as a “perfect" candidate.
