Mission
Executing incident, service request and problem management processes and achieving or exceeding expected services levels
Be the face of Internal IT towards their customers by effectively and calmly communicating and resolving requests and complaints
Performance Expectations
- Keeping up-to-date with current ways of working within the team
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards internal customers at all times
- Curious and able to take responsibility
- Brave enough to ask questions and risk appearing ignorant

Role Description
- As IT Technician the core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Working in a support capacity; owning, participating, and handling of incoming support tickets according to SLAs
- Troubleshooting basic end-user technical issues in person, by telephone, via chat, or by remote access.
- Log work in a timely and understandable manner according to procedures
- Communicate with colleagues about tickets in a coherent and professional way, both in writing and verbal
- Escalating support tickets in a timely manner according to set routines
- Monitoring and following up on reported and assigned Incidents, Service Requests, and Problems
- On-site end-user support at the office where based, and remote guidance to other offices
- Contacting partners and suppliers, as needed
- Keeping Documentation, Knowledge Base, and CMDB diligently up-to-date
- Perform internal educational sessions about technical or process matters
